Porsche Mobile Phone Preview

The name Porsche stands for exclusivity and stylish design. The Porsche mobile phone lives up to these standards; it is a real eye-catcher. Its weight of 140 grams does not make the P'9521 a lightweight but it makes him feel very solid. The high quality finishing is superb with materials like glass and aluminium used as a base. The tight curves with black glass and the brushed aluminium hinge provide the right finishing touch. The Porsche Design cell phone is not ultra thin but thin and compact enough with its dimensions of 91x48x18.4mm to be carried around in a trouser-pocket.

Samsung G600 Review

Our colleagues over at LetsGoMobile have reviewed the 5 Megapixel Samsung G600 camera phone. According to LetsGoMobile: “Samsung have been active on the mobile phone market for quite some years now and already have several successes on their name. Nowadays, the mobiles get more and more extensive. In the beginning of this year the Nokia N95 was introduced; a mobile phone with a 5 Megapixel camera. Sony Ericsson followed with the K850i and now Samsung too with the G600. The Samsung G600 is a so-called slider mobile with extensive features, including a 5 Megapixel digital camera.” To make use the 5 Megapixel autofocus digital camera you need to open the G600 mobile phone.

InfoSpace announced the availability of InfoSpace Find It! for the Apple iPhone, enabling the hundreds of thousands of consumers who have already purchased the Apple iPhone to easily access and enjoy InfoSpace Find It! for free. InfoSpace Find It! is a premium local search application that distills millions of listings into six categories tailored to the on-the-go user, including: Dine Out, Go Out, Shop, Travel, Health and Services. “The Apple iPhone has introduced a new level of innovation in mobile user experiences, and its intuitive interface and vivid display screen really maximize the usability and benefits of InfoSpace Find It!,” said Jeff Torgerson, senior product manager at InfoSpace.

Digital camera enthusiasts are all familiar with the Exilim series Casio offers, but we still have to see the first Exilim mobile phone to reach the market outside Asia. Casio Korea is proud to introduce their high resolution mobile camera phone; the Casio Exilim Keitai W53CA. Unfortunately, for now, we will not be able to get a sample in our hands because the Casio Keitai W53CA is for the Asian (Japan) market only. If there is anything that is booming business, it is the mobile imaging market. The market for mobile phones, whether they are a camera phone, clamshell, smartphone or slide phone, is huge and it is continuously moving. The success of the mobile phone is as easy as it sounds, it is mobile. Of course the ability of taking photos, recording video clips, surfing the Internet, listening to your favourite MP song or being used as a mobile office is an enormous advantage of this electronic device. The mobile imaging industry is growing very quick and gets a larger market share of the camera device market. The capability of taking pictures in high resolution is already reality, however techniques are improving by the day and for sure it will have an impact on the photo industry or on the traditional photo manufacturer. We will keep track on the developments within this industry!
