With dimensions of only 89.4 x 60 x 26 mm, the Minox DC 7011 boasts an ultra slim and trendy design. With a resolution up to 7 Megapixels the new Minox DC7011 ranks in the top league of ultra compact digital cameras. A 3x optical Minoctar zoom with a special coating, a large 2.5-inch LCD monitor set in a compact housing provide a modern up-to-date camera that is capable of capturing every day moments. The Minox DC 7011 fits in almost any purse or pocket. Because of its compact dimensions the Minox 7011 slim is "pocket friendly". Included with the new Minox camera are two AA format batteries, a strap, case, USB and Video Cable and a user-friendly manual. At this moment there is no estimated price mentioned.

The PMA, or Photo Marketing Association, continues a long tradition of maintaining a network of photo imaging as well as the experience and know-how of the industry. The PMA represents 20,000 members from over 100 countries, who are all active within the imaging industry. As a reflection of the changes in the market, the PMA organization has also changed and has become more diverse. Nowadays, the member group consists of representatives coming from photo retail, manufacturers, commercial photo labs, professional sports and news photography, in addition to small album print suppliers and photo processing centers. The PMA 2010 focuses on an industry which is heavily affected by the unstable situation of the global financial economy. However, whether the latter will also stand in the way of the innovation and product introductions, remains to be revealed by the PMA International Convention and Trade Show in the Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California, USA.
