ArcSoft Panorama Maker 4 Pro is for professional quality photostitching - turning any series of overlapping photos into a gorgeous panoramic image. While the application is similar to ArcSoft Panorama Maker, the newly released Pro version of the software is designed for professionals and sophisticated hobbyists and includes extensive manual fine-tuning options. “Panorama Maker Pro takes our existing photostitching technology and gives users much more control of the resulting panorama image,” said Michael Downs, ArcSoft Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

ArcSoft, Inc. announced the release of ArcSoft Cut-It-Out at the PMA 2007 Convention. Cut-It-Out is a new plug-in for Adobe Photoshop that allows users to separate objects in digital photos from their backgrounds, creating a mask. The segmentation technology provides a fast and accurate solution for complex object extraction. “Creating pro-level photo editing masks may now be achieved with unprecedented time savings and ease-of-use,” said Michael Downs, ArcSoft Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “The Cut-It-Out plug-in gives users a preview of our high-end photo editing technology offerings which we will be expanding over the course of the year.”
ArcSoft is demonstrating its new Smile Detection, Blink Detection, and D-Lighting Embedded Solutions for digital cameras and camera phones this week at PMA 2007.
