Photographers and their clients have opted for a contemporary look in portrait photography. By using simple white backgrounds, informal posing arrangements and unusual camera angles, photographers have been able to capture this desired effect, but it’s not always easy. At PMA 2007, Lastolite, renowned throughout the world for its vast array of photographic imaging solutions, will be showcasing its new HiLite background - the ultimate solution for photographers looking to enhance their portrait photography with backlit perfection. Photographers have found it hard to master the white background, specifically because of the fact that the surface must be lit separately from the subject to avoid shadows.

With the new Metz USB interface, shooters can now make such updates from their own PCs, ensuring that they will have the most up to date and highest performing flash for each shot and that they will never have to be without a flash.

Delkin Devices announced the new Snug-It digital camera skins. These attractive camera skins take protection far beyond the competition. Snug-Its incorporate a revolutionary new design feature. Intricate molding results in flexible silicone petals that protect the lens itself. Other skins only have a cutout to allow the lens to expand and retract - the exclusive Snug-It lens petals open and close over the lens as it moves in and out. No other camera skin offers protection this complete. Snug-It skins are custom molded, ensuring a perfect fit and full functionality for every camera model. All controls are molded into the skin, which makes using the camera simple.
