Doug Vandekerkhove CEO of ACD Systems : ACD Systems International Inc. , makers of ACDSee photo management software and Canvas technical illustration software, announced today that the company's board of directors has appointed Doug Vandekerkhove as permanent chief executive officer for ACD Systems. Mr. Vandekerkhove has served as interim chief executive officer since January 2004. The board has also appointed Briony Bayer as interim director of ACD Systems International Inc.
