The new additions to the Earth Explorer collection include a small backpack, midi shoulder bag, small waist pack and a small and mini camera pouch. For an everyday bag, professionals and amateurs alike can turn to the Earth Explorer midi shoulder bag. Designed to hold a variety of personal gear as well as a camera or camcorder, the midi shoulder bag is ideal for the on-the-go shooter, featuring a removable protective compartment and pockets to hold media accessories, MP3 players, cell phones and even documents. A padded shoulder strap makes this the perfect bag for photography or travel use.

National Geographic - Waist pack
The new small waist pack combines the protection and versatility found throughout the entire Earth Explorer collection. The waist pack can accommodate a small camcorder and point and shoot camera and features various pouches and pockets for additional accessories and personal gear. In addition, the design utilizes two separate camera pouches to protect your gear and provide a comfortable fit. The perfect solution for small point and shoot cameras or mini camcorders, the new Earth Explorer camera pouches provide adequate protection for storing or transporting your camera gear. The camera pouches feature front pockets for small media accessories. Both pouches can be worn on a belt, with a Velcro fastener, or over the shoulder with the included cotton strap.

In recognition of National Geographic’s commitment to conservation, each bag in the Earth Explorer collection is manufactured from a variety of environmentally friendly, natural sourced material, including fibers such as hemp and cotton, and all-metal antique brass buckles, that not only enhance the image of the bag, but remove the need for plastic fasteners. Additionally, a part of the proceeds from the sale of all National Geographic branded photo and video support products and accessories, is donated back to the National Geographic Society to support its global research, education and conservation efforts.
